there are some random blank pages, but i can't tell if they're intentionally blank- (i downloaded the 2nd edition, for context)
for example, page 13 of the pdf is blank for me, and the page numbers skip from 12 to 14, making me think i'm missing some content...

(1 edit)

that's not a page skip, page 13 is there! this book is intended to be read in 2-page format like a printed recipe book, and the blank pages are to signify breaks for when the topic changes as in some printed books - going breathlessly from one recipe to the next without breaks would make everything blur together as if i'd squished everything together, and it'd be harder to visually distinguish everything. it's a practise seen in recipe print books, even if nowadays more of them are inclined to put adverts where the blanks are (I did consider putting jokey in-universe ads but was unable to in time for the deadline)

ooh gotcha!! tysm for the clarification! ^^
